Training for the Holidays

So the holidays are upon us, along with all that comes with them. On the good side, that includes family, friends, and of course… FOOD!  On the bad side we have one of the most stressful times of the year.  With all the shopping, travel and planning, it can make the most stable person go nuts.  Now, there are a variety of ways to deal with the wonderful combination of overeating, stress and anxiety that we call the holiday season.  One involves grandpa’s “special” egg nog and plenty of fudge to top us off!  The other involves sweat, muscle soreness and adrenaline.  Both can be a great stress relief, but we all know which one will calm us down with a future benefit.  With that being said, I would like to introduce you to one of MVP’s newest training options, the MVP Training Camp program.

The MVP Training Camp Program is the perfect antidote to all the holiday madness. It is a great fit for anyone looking to improve their overall fitness and health with lasting benefits.  Some highlights include:

  • Fun Group atmosphere
  • Variety of training levels
  • Dynamic new training methods and equipment
  • Knowledgeable and experienced Coaches
  • 13,000 Square Foot indoor training facility
  • 2,000 Square Foot outdoor training space

So let’s be honest with ourselves people, this isn’t our first go around with this holiday thing!  We know what to expect. Let’s get proactive. Trust me, you will enjoy that “special” egg nog and fudge a whole lot better, when you know you have already burned those calories during an MVP Training Camp session. It’s like a gift for yourself, and that gift is health!  (I know that was a kind of cheesy, but I couldn’t resist). With the New Year coming up, those resolutions are a lot easier to keep if it’s already become a part of your daily schedule.  Get a jump on the holidays and start training now, you will thank yourself later.
